Every project follows the same controlled sequence. This page sets out what happens at each stage and, more importantly, what we need from you to run it.
1. Drawings & specifications
You send the package: architectural or shop drawings, specification and finish schedule, hardware schedule, project programme and delivery requirements.
2. Technical confirmation
We review the package and return a written list: what is manufacturable as drawn, what needs clarification, what dimensions must be confirmed on site, and what compliance documentation the project requires. Nothing is cut before this step is closed.
3. Shop-drawing coordination
Interface details are coordinated: filler and scribe details at out-of-square walls and uneven floors, services and openings, edge details, and panel joint positions.
4. Production
Panels are cut, machined, edge banded and finished in batch, then assembled or dry-fitted at the factory. Batch records are kept so later additions match the original run.
5. Quality control
Inspection covers dimensions, edge and finish quality, hardware positions and batch consistency before packing.
6. Packing
Parts are protected at edges and corners, numbered and listed. Packing is arranged around how the parts will be moved and installed, not only how they fit in a container.
7. Shipment & delivery support
We support export documentation and container loading, and coordinate delivery arrangements with your freight forwarder or ours.
What we need from you
- Drawings and specifications (DWG/PDF), including elevations and sections
- Finish schedule and material requirements
- Hardware schedule and supplier details
- Site dimensions as actually built, where dimensions cannot be taken from drawings
- Project programme and required delivery dates
- Compliance or certification requirements the project must satisfy
- Packing, marking and delivery requirements (port, address, container type)
What we do not take on
Architectural wood doors are outside our scope. Site installation is carried out by the project’s trades; our scope is manufacturing, packing and delivery support.
