Our production facility combines CNC machining, edge banding, finishing, assembly, inspection and export packing under one roof. This page describes what each stage covers and what we need from a project to run it.
Shop-drawing coordination
We work from architectural drawings and specification packages. During coordination we check dimensions, conditions at interfaces, filler and scribe details, hardware positions and finishing schedule, and we list what needs confirmation before production starts.
CNC machining
Panel processing is carried out on CNC production lines for repeatable dimensional accuracy across a batch: cutting, drilling, grooving and shaping of panels and components.
Edge banding
Moisture-resistant edge banding is applied to exposed panel edges, including curved and shaped components. Edge quality, glue line consistency and trim finish are controlled per batch.
Finishing
Surfaces and profiles are finished according to the project finish schedule. Finish samples and mock-ups are coordinated before production where the specification requires them.
Assembly & pre-assembly
Components are assembled or dry-fitted at the factory so that installation on site is a matter of fixing and making good, not re-working.
Quality control & batch control
Inspection covers dimensional accuracy, edge and finish quality, hardware positions and batch consistency. Panels and edge banding are recorded by batch so that later additions can be matched to the original production run.
Export packing
Packing is planned for long-distance transport: protection at edges and corners, part numbering, packing lists and container loading arrangements, so that parts can be identified and checked on arrival.
Material options
Panel and finish options are selected against the project specification, including moisture-resistant boards and low-emission board options. Project compliance requirements are reviewed with the client at the technical confirmation stage, and the documentation to be issued with each package is agreed at that point.
Outside our scope
We do not manufacture architectural wood doors. We also do not claim site installation as our own scope; our responsibility ends at manufacturing, packing and delivery support, with installation carried out by the project’s own trades.
