Elegant Millwork

Quality in millwork is not one inspection at the end — it is batch control through the whole production run, so that the last unit still matches the first one.

Quality control points

  • Panel cutting and machining accuracy checked against drawings
  • Edge banding quality: adhesion, glue line consistency, trim finish, no chip-out on exposed edges
  • Surface finish inspection against the approved finish sample or mock-up
  • Hardware positions and drilling checked against the hardware schedule
  • Assembly and dry-fit before packing
  • Batch records kept for panels and edge banding so later additions match the original run

Materials

Panel and finish options are selected against the project specification. Moisture-resistant boards and low-emission panel options are available where the specification calls for them. Trade names and product options are confirmed in writing during technical confirmation.

Compliance documentation

Regulatory and certification requirements differ by market and by project. We confirm at the technical confirmation stage which documents the project requires and what can be issued with the shipment. We do not publish certification claims on our website unless the corresponding document can be produced for the project.

What this means for procurement teams

If your project requires specific test reports or third-party documentation, tell us at enquiry stage — it is a decision point, not a detail to settle later.
